Hey all!
I'm currently an apprentice Ta Moko (Maori tattoo) artist from The Land of The Long White Cloud.
It's been an awesome experience so far and I've learnt heaps about my Maori culture, the protocols and designs.
But most of all, it has made me appreciate tattoo art even more as there are so many different and beautiful artforms of tattoo out there =D
So anyone drop a line, either to say, "hello" or just to talk bout...well...whatever!

Hey there. Wow, England huh? That's pretty choice (: Howzit going?
Haha it's a very common question but no, my workplace do not use uhi, although there are still some people who still do for cultural reasons. It's their choice really but needles are faster and are probably more efficient hygiene wise.
Gaaahhh! I was kinda hoping that wouldn't be asked of me =S haha. Unfortunately, I don't have any artwork yet as I'm still learning and I'm only an apprentice artist. Sorry, mate =(

| Hey I'd like to talk to you sometime about Ta Moko. I have many family members in New Zealand and have been out there several times, my grandfather believes we have Maori ancestors too and I love NZ and the whole Maori culture. So would be nice to speak to you, I've passed through Hamilton a few times, when I was visiting 'The Shire; was the most notable haha. |

That's so cool that you're an apprentice tattoo artist!
New Zealand is beautiful, been there once, love to go again. I'm in Australia so not too far away from there!
Nice to meet everyone on here! |
