kat's black ruffle leather/pleather shrug...

...i'm hoping you guys know what i'm referring to since it's kinda small...but i've seen her wear it on several episodes. it's just a tiny black leather-looking shrug/vest with ruffle detail around the colar, sides, trim, etc. and i MUST know where she got it. not only because i want it, but because i'd like to find out who makes it in order to see all the other rad stuff they make. if ANYbody can help i would love it.
and apologies if this has already been covered, but i searched it and got nil.
