PLEASE NOTE: You must follow these simple rules to be considered for a tattoo.

 
1. Your tattoo appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received  
2. Age: over 18 with ID  
3. If your artwork is approved and you would like to change it, you must get it re-approved before your appointment, changes on the day of will NOT be accepted and you will lose your appointment and deposit  
4. If you are pregnant, or plan to be, please wait until you are not to make an appointment.  
5. During your appointment you will be allowed to bring one guest only who also must be over the age of 18 with id.  

Only one submission per person, please!
